At Movement Custom Homes, our priority is to make the design and home building process a positive experience for everyone involved. Our goals at Movement Custom Homes are not to build the most homes possible, but to build quality experiences, quality products and quality relationships. Nick Timberlake, P.E.

Director of Preconstruction

Nick is a professional civil engineer with over a decade of experience in engineering, project management, construction, and development. He has personally been involved in design and construction of infrastructure, institutional, industrial, apartment and residential projects totaling over $200M in value. Nick has expertise in platting, zoning, infrastructure, municipal ordinances, utilities, and many methods of construction.

Nick was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri and still lives there today with his wife Cayla, his daughter Sophia, and their dog Rileigh. In his free time, Nick enjoys any kind of adventure with his friends and family – hunting, skiing, scuba diving, cheering on the Tigers and hanging out at the lake and the family farm.

Brandon Vogel

Director of Construction

Brandon has over a decade of experience as a business owner in the residential remodeling and construction industries across mid-Missouri. He has managed projects ranging from the most complex remodeling projects to new ground-up homes. He has built a reputation as a leader with a wealth of knowledge and experience in handling complex construction challenges with integrity and professionalism.

Brandon is a native of Marshall, Missouri where he grew up in a farming family. Today he lives in Columbia, Missouri with his wife Cortney, son Creed and dogs Molly and Gizmo. In his free time, Brandon looks for any excuse to get outdoors with family and friends – hunting, fishing, and hanging out at the lake.
